My best friend’s grandmother passed away suddenly and both her and her mom were having a hard time. I sent my best friend something else but wanted her mom to know I was thinking about her so I sent these flowers as a surprise. She was SO in love with them and they were put together with such care and my informal request for delivery time was honored (although I was aware thanks to the fine print that that may not always be possible). Being so far away, I appreciated the regular status update emails and the confirmation of delivery/preview of what the bouquet looked like when done. I’m such a sensitive time, Julieta’s took such great care with the arrangement and I couldn’t be more happy. I couldn’t have done a better job if I’d delivered them myself. Excellent service
